Vistarates is operated by HeyLead LLC. This policy describes information practices for vistarates.com and staging previews of the same product.
Information we collect
- Server and CDN logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, and request path, as provided by our host (Cloudflare or GitHub Pages for staging).
- Newsletter email: if you submit the form once it is wired to our email provider (planned: Brevo), we store the address you provide and signup metadata.
- Analytics: production may use privacy-respecting analytics. Staging on previews.heylead.com may have none or minimal host metrics only.
Cookies
We do not require an account. Essential cookies may be set by the host or future consent tools. Affiliate outbound clicks may set third-party cookies on the issuer or network domain after you leave our site.
How we use information
To operate and secure the site, measure aggregate traffic, send newsletters you requested, and improve content. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We use processors such as hosting, email, and analytics vendors. They process data on our instructions. Legal requests and safety exceptions may apply.
Retention
Logs follow host defaults. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive lists. You can request deletion of newsletter data via the email footer once live.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page when practices change and revise the date above.
